We currently offer shipping exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and Canada. We do not ship to international locations outside of these regions at this time. All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or commercial address; we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays in the U.S. and Canada). Processing time does not include shipping transit time and may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) due to high order volume. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

Customs policies vary by province; please contact your local customs office for more information. SilkyRain is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. 7. Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local courier, neighbors, or building management (for apartment/office addresses) as packages may be left in a secure location. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please take photos of the package and the damaged items, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
