At SilkyRain (silkyrain.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium tights, lingerie, bodywear, and women’s apparel. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website, applicable to customers in the United States and Canada. By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted or processed.
  • Products must be in original, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. This includes hygiene seals (especially for lingerie and intimate apparel) – products with broken hygiene seals will not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
  • Products must not show any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alteration. Items that have been washed, ironed, or modified in any way are non-returnable.
  • All accessories, free gifts, or promotional items included with the order must be returned along with the main product. Failure to return these items may result in a deduction from your refund amount equal to the value of the missing items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, unless they are defective:
  • Lingerie, intimate apparel, or bodywear where the hygiene seal has been broken (for health and safety compliance).
  • Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page at the time of purchase).
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
  • Items damaged due to improper use, carelessness, or normal wear and tear after purchase.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective (e.g., manufacturing flaw, broken stitching, incorrect size/color), or if we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim:
  • Provide your order number, product name, and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item (including the product tag and packaging).
  • Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the item (if necessary) at no cost to you. We will arrange for a full refund, replacement with the correct item, or exchange for another product of equal value, as per your preference.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Customer Service: Send an email to service@gfavora.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]". Include your full name, order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., size mismatch, change of mind).
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-addressed return shipping label (for eligible returns within the U.S. and Canada). Do not ship any items without a valid RA number – unlabeled or unauthorized returns will be refused.
  3. Package and Ship the Return: Securely package the eligible items along with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Attach the provided return shipping label and drop off the package at the designated courier location (e.g., USPS, UPS, Canada Post). Please retain the return tracking number for your records.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Change of Mind or Size Mismatch: If you are returning an item for reasons other than a defect or incorrect shipment, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost of the return shipping label (provided by SilkyRain) will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: SilkyRain will cover all return shipping costs for eligible defective or incorrect items. The provided return shipping label will be free of charge, and no deduction will be made from your refund.
  • Free Shipping Promotions: If you received free standard shipping on your original order and subsequently return items such that the remaining order value no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the original standard shipping cost ($5.99 for U.S. orders, $8.99 CAD for Canada orders) will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refund & Exchange Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm that they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of inspection. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.
  • Exchanges: If you request an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color), we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is inspected and approved. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
  • Refunds will only include the cost of the returned product(s). Original shipping costs (for the initial delivery) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect shipment.

7. International Returns (Canada)

For customers in Canada, please note that cross-border returns may be subject to customs fees or duties. SilkyRain is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the return shipping process. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by SilkyRain.

8. Lost or Damaged Returns

SilkyRain is not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend using the provided tracked return shipping label and retaining the tracking number to monitor the delivery status. If a returned package is lost in transit, please contact the courier with your tracking number to file a claim. No refund or exchange will be issued until we receive and inspect the returned items.
